  Ordered pick Up, I arrived on time and was told it would be 5 minutes. The food was ready in that time but I sat for half an hour watching the staff take personal calls, hang out and chat and not really pay attention. Maffina pizza is just as good and basically next door. Go there.
  
  EDIT: Tried again, got the food hot and on time and it was perfect.

  Got my first pizza from Romania today. I am impressed, hand made base. Plenty of toppings well spread out. I'll be going back for sure

  (This is for the new Ellenbrook store): The pizza is good, but the service, and actually getting it is an absolute nightmare. The app doesn't work. It says things like 'X store is unavailable for pick up' when it is. The first time I tried ordering I used the website, and the first deal doesn't work (it still doesn't work through the website, weeks later - 3 large pizzas + one garlic bread + one drink for $52 -> you can't select garlic bread or a drink on the website).
  
  And then when I've gone down to pick up the pizza, they've lost the order, they've been rude about losing it (i.e. no apologies), tried to double charge me despite the amount coming out of the bank account, they've mysteriously 'found' my order (only after I showed them a screenshot of my bank balance), overcharged me, refused to pay me the difference when I pointed out I'd been overcharged, and took no responsibility for the errors on both the app and the website, which they aggressively push on customers.
  
  This happening once I can forgive as just a bad night. But it keeps happening in different ways! Literally every part of the service, from the app, to the website, to the customer service is an absolute failure. The *only* good part is the pizza, and it's nearly impossible to get, and overcharging is likely. I know other people have good experiences here, but I honestly don't know how.
  
  At least fix the $52 deal on the website, Romano's, or remove it! And teach your servers some basic customer service - if you've overcharged a customer you've messed around, more than once, refund the difference. It's customer service 101.

  This local pizza place in Ellenbrook is ALWAYS busy. The food they make is delicious and their Tiramisu is a great way to round out the experience. Highly recommend Romano's!
