  I am honestly appalled at the unethical, unprofessional and downright appalling conduct of your Sales Associate, Shabina Yakub. I am a tenant and have been more than accommodating with Shabina during the various appraisals, photography sessions and now a home open. Shabina was dishonest with me and when confronted with facts regarding lies she had told me, said to me “Do you know what I think? I think you are a racist.” I am absolutely DISGUSTED with her and to add insult to injury - rather than apologise to me, she has chosen to attempt to use the owner of my home as a middle man for home viewings. I would never recommend her to anyone selling their home and coming from a family with many in Real Estate, I’ll be making sure they let others in the industry know of her conduct. Shabina demonstrates her lack of knowledge within the industry and it is clear she needs some extra training. Someone who is a professional within the real estate industry would know they have certain ethical guidelines to abide by... and calling a tenant a Racist when no comment has EVER been made regarding race... is simply not acceptable. I will be reporting her to the Dept of Commerce and can only hope that someone with such a lack of integrity, has her Real Estate Licence questioned.

  Property Management lacks in consistency with payments promptness. Late account settlements affect Landlords credit ratings. Not Happy.

  Rod was the selling agent for the house we bought. There were difficulties from the start to the finish of this transaction that Rod would not assist us with.
  From the start he would not accept an offer from us because the property had another offer on it. What he did not disclose until later was that he was the selling agent for the other prospective buyer's house.
  In the final inspection the seller had taken all shelves, hooks and brackets off in the house. He said that he would patch them up. Rod did not assist in convincing the seller that it is illegal to remove fixtures from a house once the contract is signed. This led to lengthy delays as the seller kept stalling the final inspection while he patched all walls. The seller never replaced the shelves and fittings. We had to seek advice from property lawyers. Rod was not helpful when obviously his seller was in the wrong. In the end we negotiated a small compensatory amount, which we believe Rod took from his commission.
  Our experience was that Rod carried out this sale in the way easiest for himself.
