  Very rude receptionist. I wasn’t wearing mask as I didnt know we need to wear and she said in the medical centre you need to wear mask and I asked her if she has one . She said no we don’t have but you can go to Aldi as. Pharmacy is closed . I was on time for appointment and I told her if I will go it will take me another 15-20 min with children to back . Than she provided me with the mask but why would she refused to provide mask and lie .

  I go to this medical centre when I need to, thankfully that is not very often, but I have never found them to be unwilling to help. The reception is friendly and inviting, the wait time has never been more than 10 or 15 minutes and the doctor I see is very thorough and takes the time to explain everything.

  I did come late to an appointment, was whisked in which was great but I told the doctor I saw that I’d much rather rebook so I could have a proper consult. Wasn’t offered it. Doctor didn’t listen to a word I had to say and it seemed like I was an inconvenience to be there, told me I needed X-rays but I had already had X-rays done in the ER which he would’ve known if he took the time to read the history from the ER doctor. Appalling service from Dr Leon Van Der Linde. Receptionists weren’t too bad but far too busy. Wont be visiting again, to the point where I’m sending my imaging results to a different clinic.

  Waited 40 min for pathology, came right after nurses said lunchbreak ended so should have been in and out in no time. Pathologist spend min. 40 min. With single patient as no one went ahead of me. walked out after 40 min.

  If I could, I would give no stars. Worst Doctors surgery in Ellenbrook. I seen the doctor who I believe owns the practice and asked for a referral to a specialist. He flat out refused and said I would have to see the other doctor as I had seen her the past few times I'd been to the practise. Fast forward and I missed an appointment due to the same condition that I had needed the referral for in the first place. Even though I called 10 minutes after the appointment the lady was rude and said I had to pay the appointment fee. When I went in to pay for it, I asked if I could get my blood results printed if I paid. They again refused and only wanted me to book another appointment.
  
  They will keep you coming back just to get there money but in the end nothing gets done and you run around in circles. I will not be back and will probably have to get another blood test

  Do not see Dr. Davies-Hakeem. I went to get my ear syringed, and he refused to do it, even though it would have taken 5 minutes. He preferred that a nurse do it (which means time off work for me) rather than him, because "people are waiting" to see him. In other words, it's below his pay-grade. I don't expect to make a best friend at the doctor's office, but I do expect something approaching concern for my welfare.
  
  They do have good doctors there though; Dr. Ghazri is excellent. If you call and they book you in with Dr. Davies-Hakeem, tell them you want to see someone else.
